Due to being a small, family owned company, we offer store credit within 7 days. No refunds applicable. This policy helps us keep our items at the most affordable, competitive rates.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip) .
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process your store credit.
Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If we deny your item(s), we will contact you for a return label for your package to be returned back to you.
If you are approved, your store credit will be processed. Once a store credit has been used it is a FINAL SALE, no returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for Store Credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
