Return Policy

(Effective on all orders bought on May 4th, 2021 and on) 

Store Credit:

Due to being a small, family owned company, we offer store credit within 10 days. No refunds applicable. This policy helps us keep our items at the most affordable, competitive rates. 

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip) .

Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If we deny your item(s), we will contact you for a return label for your package to be returned back to you. 
If you are approved, your store credit will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return/exchange shipping costs for Store Credit, which will be deducted from your Store Credit Refund. 

Online purchases can be returned for a store credit when sent back within 10 days of receiving your package.

Online pick up orders can be refunded up to 7 days from pickup notification. Once picked up, customers have 7 days to return for store credit.
