ORDER PROCESSING:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Mod Shop NY offers free shipping to All domestic orders over $100!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS- United States Postal Service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mod Shop NY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


Mod Shop is not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed via postal service.

Return Policy

At Mod Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We offer an easy, clear, hassle-free return policy.

We offer full refunds for all regular-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please use our return portal to initiate all returns and exchanges. All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

A $8 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your total refund for the cost of the label. If you'd like a refund, we will deduct $8 from your refunded total. If you'd prefer to receive store credit, the prepaid label is free!

Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to be issued from the date they are received. We do not refund original shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

To be eligible for a return all items must be:

  • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • Unworn
  • In the same condition that they were received
Any items returned with any sign of wear, washed, with makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip).
Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email containing your refund / store credit information. 
If we deny your item(s), we will contact you for a return label for your package to be returned back to you.
The “Free Returns + Package Protection” only applies to full priced items, *not* sale items.
